Shipping policy

Digital Downloads

Paid downloads start immediately after payment is completed and can be accessed via the order confirmation page as well as by the emails and SMS sent to you, according to the contact information you chose to provide. If you have any issues with your downloads, please email info@knotsoflove.org and we will help you out. 

 

Physical Goods

Orders containing physical goods ship within 24 hours of payment when placed on business days (M-F) before the shipping cutoff time of 330PM CST. 

We promise to get your order to you as fast as possible and in 100% accordance to this shipping policy, as stated above. 

Please note that we are a small yet mighty charity organization and we strive to ship everything the same day, whenever possible, but we cannot promise same-day turnaround. That said, please feel free to email us at info@knotsoflove.org and/or 949-933-7000 to request an expedited order, as needed, and we will do our best to accommodate.
